Masterminds: A Mah Jongg Minds League

Class Description

Masterminds is Mah Jongg Minds’ structured league experience for players who feel comfortable playing full NMJL games independently and are ready for friendly, competitive play. The season includes four regular-season scoring weeks followed by a separate Championship Night. Each week, we play three official scoring games. Your best three of four weekly scores count toward league standings. At the end of Week 4, the top four players advance to the Final Table on Championship Night. Three official games. Clean slate. Highest total score earns the title. Expect weekly standings, a little extra focus at the table, and yes — prizes. This league is designed for players who: • Are comfortable navigating the Charleston, NMJL rules, and exposures • Have at least one month of regular play or have completed The Coaching Table • Want structured competition in a welcoming environment Players must bring their 2025 NMJL card. Enrollment is limited.
